- Ensure that the framework for leadership, soft-skills and functional development is operationalized by discussing, planning and implementing projects which are supporting the end objective of Plus Uni-Verse.
- Ensure leaders of Plus Solar are equipped with the right tools and skills to develop their team members, by providing coaching or advice, following the framework of Plus Uni-Verse, Values and Key Beliefs of Plus Solar.
- Ensure cultural and competency gaps are intervened with structured facilitation by being able to facilitate workshops independently, so that Business Units or Departmental needs are met.
- Ensure courses and programs are delivered according to the requirements, by understanding the stakeholder needs, work with SME in the company, discussing the desired outcome, co-evaluating the best delivery methods (e.g. classroom training, digital contents delivery, learning gamification, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops), and recommending facilitators so that the objectives of the curricula are met.
