- Maintain company IT system.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks in the production environments critical business systems & Infrastructure.
- Manage and supervise IT team to ensure IT Fixed Asset, System User Account, Files and Folders Permission, Email, Networking, SAP Account, VOIP Phone, Wi-Fi, IT related documentation and policies to be maintain and establish on smoothly.
- Produce company applications and toolsets for company internal stakeholders as well as Evaluate, review and make recommendation of external developed tools to improve company operations.
- Review problem situation and identify corrective measure and/or improvement to process, procedure or tool to increase efficiency and quality.
- Required Skill(s): IT Processes, ERP system (particularly SAP ByD), Microsoft System, Cloud services, Unix system, Network (LAN/WAN).
