- Responsible in maintenance, troubleshooting, developing, and coordinating with service provider of IT software and hardware to support business. Technical hands-on together with the team to ensure all IT related work is delivered.
- Work together with the team to ensure IT Fixed Asset, System User Account, Files and Folders Permission, Email, Networking, SAP Account, VOIP Phone, Wi-Fi, IT related documentation and policies to be maintain and establish on smoothly.
- Can provide the deep product expertise needed to help implement innovative technology at the organization level by often analysing market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.

- Required to handle implementation of IOT technology project that task may include, site survey, configuration of system and hardware, physical installation of IOT network and IOT devices, documentation and troubleshooting.
