As the CEO, Ko Chuan Zhen sets the company’s direction and strategy, ensuring that they are executed with focus on satisfactory results. Combined with leadership, passion and in-depth knowledge in clean energy, his contributions have enabled Plus Solar to become an industry leader joined together with a passionate team who give their best to achieve company’s mission and vision.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
As the COO, Poh Tyng Huei oversees the business operations to ensure the company’s products and services are consistently delivered with great quality that exceed customers’ expectation. Formed by his leadership and inspiring dream, the company’s philosophy has also attracted many green passionate talents to join the ranks which has since evolved into an excellent team.
RYAN OH ZHI KANG
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
As the CTO, Ryan Oh Zhi Kang is the front-liner to spearhead the company’s R&D activities on IoT and AI systems in order to materialise innovative solutions that can be developed into new business models. With his leadership and vision, he also complements the company’s current solar photovoltaic (PV) system solutions. With the rapid pace of the energy industry, he prioritises strategy and innovation.
